Tiling is not working properly

Hey, I'm using a version downloaded from official gnome extension site. My problem is that Tiling feature gives me basically side by side variant. I tried on both my PCs and it's the same situation. Could you please look at it? Like this extension pretty much.

Does your system work on wayland or X? I tested on wayland, it indeed has problem, but it works on X.

i'm running Xorg, basically only Cascade and Maximize are working properly. The rest gives me some very strange results.

Which applications did you use when you did test. And how many windows did you open?

workspace1 - liferea firefox kitty workspace2 - polari pidgin evolution I don't think it is somehow related to specific applications/windows I run

Maybe it conflicts with other extension. Could you do a test?

1. Create a new user, and log in to the new user.
2. Only install this extension, then do the test.

I've created a new test user. Below is a prntscrn after pressing 'Tile' , after pressing 'Stack' once it just showed me one window, after pressing 'Stack' twice it showed a proper window stack. With 4 normal windows I'm not able to tile properly.

Could you use 4 gnome-terminal windows to do the test? What is the result?

I have just experienced this on 21.04 Wayland, tile gives the side by side variant... any ideas?

Some window has minimize width, like nautilus you can't change it to any width. You can use mouse to change the nautilus window, you can't change it to any small width.

i've the same problem on Zorin 16 . Is there some update to fix this issue?
