how to assist in the development a new language?

same here. i wanted to find out, how can i help in process of adding urdu lanaguage. i saw a list of languages with status ( how many male/female samples they have etc) listed. can't find it again as well. if someone knows the link, psudo steps, please guide . thanks

it seems like a batch of samplings, for generating different style of voice but I want a model can generate a new language, let say I am Ukraine spoken person, but seem like bark cannot generate Ukraine.

PS: I am Cantonese(chinese) spoken person, but seem like it has Mandarin(chinese) for now
