无法打开“微信”，因为apple无法检查其是否包含恶意软件

MacBook Pro-i9版 macOS sonoma 14.2.1 微信版本：3.8.6 之前安装一直提示：

看了Issues后去安全隐私打开了APP管理里的终端，还是报这个错，然后一怒之下删了微信，重新安装，然后没有打开微信直接执行安装，非常顺畅 输出如下：
