Use waifu2x-caffe for GPU acceleration

Any chance of switching this to use the caffe backend at https://github.com/lltcggie/waifu2x-caffe? It should be significantly faster, right now it can take 60-200s per frame.

I also think its performance is too bad, but there is no plan to enable GPU accelation currently since I don't have a device that can use accelation sufficiently ;)

Here is another way to perform the conversion, with avisynth and any program of waifu2x (command line), such as waifu2x-conver-cpp.exe, waifu2x-caffe.exe, waifu2x-ncnn-vulkan.exe, (GPU,CUDA, CUDNN, Vulkan) only use a single file temporary. And with duplicate frame detector to save process time.
