Build error on PhoneGap Build

When i include <gap:plugin name="cordova-plugin-admob-simple" source="npm" spec="3.3.4" /> the build tool get error. I'm using cli-6.5.0 and cli-7.0.1.

The latest version so far is 3.3.3 that is the highest version you can use.
