I also get Estimated ploidy 1 when assembling a diploid species. Has anyone figured out if this affects the assembly?

Never mind. Found out what the problem was. I was using an old version of Boost.

I am using assignPOP_1.1.3. I was using an older version of R, but have update it now. I still get the error "could not find function "assign.matrix"".
