Request for API access: DBChoco

• Your purpose in using this API: Assalamou Alaykoum brothers/sisters, I'm currently developing an Adhan app called Muezzin, and I'd like to add your API to the app.

• API rate limits:

  • Maximum requests per second: 60
  • Maximum requests per day: 10000

  Currently I have about 50 users, if I try to limit the calls to 1 per launch, these request should be more than enough inshaAllah. However I plan to put a hadith tab, where people could access any hadith on your API, I don't know if these numbers will be enough then. If you judge that these numbers are too much/little, don't hesitate to change it please. Jazakoum Allahu khairan.

• Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access? The app is already quite big in size, I don't want to add many files to it. + I need as many languages as I can, I cannot possibly download all of that into my app and distribute it.

• What are the languages in which would you like hadith data?

• What programming language will your API client be in? At least the 10 or so supported by the app (English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Bengali, Dutch, German, Norwegian, etc.)
