My name is Subhan ([email protected]). I am a Muslim software developer currently working on beneficial Islamic tools for the community.

• Your purpose in using this API:

I am building an Islamic Discord bot named MiskBot, which will provide Quran verses, authentic hadith (Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim), and daily adhkar to users. .

• API rate limits:

  • Maximum requests per second: 1 request per second is sufficient.
  • Maximum requests per day: 500–1,000 requests per day are enough for my use case.

• Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access?

Programmatic API access would be ideal, because the bot fetches a random hadith at timed intervals and responds dynamically to user interactions on Discord.

• What are the languages in which would you like hadith data?

Primarily English, but Arabic text of the hadith is also beneficial.

• What programming language will your API client be in?
