To use it in my website and reference Hadith the proper way.

  • Maximum requests per second: 2
  • Maximum requests per day: 100

• Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access?

both should be okay, the API approach would give me the apportunity to get the most updated data tho.
