• Your purpose in using this API: I am developing a mobile application called IqraNow, aimed at providing users with quick, reliable, and user-friendly access to authentic Islamic knowledge. The API will be used to dynamically display Hadith content within the app alongside Quran verses, Duas, and prayer times. The app is designed to support both English and Arabic speakers and will be deployed on Android initially. This will not be for commercial resale but purely for educational and spiritual engagement purposes.

• API rate limits: • Maximum requests per second: 1 • Maximum requests per day: 1,000 (The app retrieves a Hadith only when the user requests it, keeping API calls minimal and controlled.)

• Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access? API access is preferred to ensure up-to-date, accurate Hadith content and to reduce app size. However, if offline access is available as a fallback or cache option, that would also be beneficial.

• What are the languages in which would you like hadith data? Primarily English and Arabic. If available in Urdu and French, those would be beneficial for future phases of the app.

• What programming language will your API client be in? Swift (Xcode – SwiftUI framework)
