• Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access?

Yes, an offline dump will be better as long as it includes Arabic text along with the corresponding English and Urdu translations and all the metadata so that using which i can link users back to sunnah.com for their reference. But I will require api access in future as a planned feature in app would requires api access. Least Requirement for time being: Offline db Requirement: Both Jazāk Allāh
