• Please tell us about yourself (include an email address): Ahmed Marzook [email protected] I am a Software Developer and Always Learning Muslim interested in making a tool to fetch hadith easier, want to develop a plugin for the tool Obsidian MD potentially.

• Your purpose in using this API: Using a tool called Obsidian MD and want to create a plugin to fetch hadith and paste it into your notes easily Similar to the Obsidian Quran Lookup Plugin and Obsidian Bible Reference plugins This will make it easier to quote hadiths in my notes and anyone else using it as there is not currently a plugin available on Obsidian to do this and plugins that do exist use other sites such as Haidth unlocked.

  • Maximum requests per second:
  • Maximum requests per day: Currently unknown but certainly won't be heavily used as it will mostly be used during note-taking when referencing a hadith

• Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access?

Just the API access due to it not needing a heavily used API.

• What are the languages in which would you like hadith data?

English and Arabic
