Zooming in reset the "view bobbing" option

What it says in the title, disable motion boobing and right click, now the camera is moving up and down again and you need to press R twice.

I know you said you wanted to move on now but your REALLY need to FIX THIS ABSOLUTELY UNTOLERABLE GAME BREAKING ISSUE!!!

EDIT: it seems to only happen if you set it to floaty in the menu then press R in game and then zoom in

I guess hack job of wiring UI strikes back! I probably would try to fix this in a few days, but I'm not sure I'll make new binaries with this just one fix.
