I found the [current APIv3](https://github.com/nextcloud/forms/blob/main/docs/API_v3.md) and documentation for [embedding](https://github.com/nextcloud/forms/blob/main/docs/Embedding.md) Also noted the link for the Forms API in the readme [returns 404](https://github.com/nextcloud/forms/blob/main/docs/API.md).

Forms are supported within Activity app widget, but that means the results can be buried along with everything else displayed within activity. Worth noting for anyone interested. 😄
I wouldn't go so far as to say the dev is not interested. [That integration request above was mentioned as an aside so I've re-written it as it's own feature...
