24 hour for reminder

Please add the possibility using 24h clock instead of am/pm when setting a reminder

@paulle Personally I don't think it's necessary. Also,I really don't know how easily (or difficult) it is possible with standard methods. However, I'll gladly accept if someone help me with a PR. I added an "enhancement" and "help wanted" tags to this issue.
