enhancement: allow custom htaccess

Would it be possible to add a session variable so we can add our own htaccess?

I'm using kcfinder through composer for a few projects, and for shared hosting providers allowoverrides is often off... That means any time an uploaded file is requested, a 500 error is shown (options -execcgi in upload.htaccess).
