I have found and fixed minor bug with Image Upload

If an image is uploaded for example my-image.png (but the Media Type for my-image.png is image/jpeg and not image/png) the extension of my-image.png will be updated to my-image.jpg.

I think this will give better representation of file type going off its MIME and not its EXTENSION
