Can't set folder on server to root - what now?

Hi,

thank your for this great Tool, but I have a little Problem. I can't change the folder and .htaccess to root, because it is not possibile, like is it discribe here:

chown root:root /path/to/your/upload/folder/.htaccess chmod 644 /path/to/your/upload/folder/.htaccess

So i can't upload or delete or just work in it. I get an "unknown error".

Please help. :)
