How to determine the best percentage of Scissor selected cells?

Hello @sunduanchen We performed several rounds of Scissor analysis, but we still don't know what is the best rule for determining the best percentage of Scissor selected cells? For example, we set alpha=0.2 and got The percentage of selected cell is: 4.299%. Then set alpha=0.15 and got The percentage of selected cell is: 8.929%. Both alpha=0.2 and alpha=0.15 passed the reliability significance test (we didn't do Cell level evaluations). So, which alpha value shall we use? We cannot decide because both of them are right. Any suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks! Best, YJ
