Add Denite Source and Option to expand leader keys

  • enabled :Denite shortcut to display list of shortcuts
  • added option whether to expand leader keys or not; if the leader is a <Space> then without disabling this the plugin will currently not work as spaces are stripped out before feeding the keys.

Hi @thecontinium, sorry for the super long delay on this PR. :sweat_smile: In the eons that have since passed, it appears that active development has stopped on Denite and its author has since replaced it with a new DDU plugin. Would you be interested in updating this PR to support the newer DDU instead of Denite? Thanks.
