feat: Remove dependency to sumup-oss/go-pkgs

Description

I'm doing this because sumup-oss/go-pkgs requires k8s.io/api v0.0.0-20190313235455-40a48860b5ab and sealedSecrets requires a newer version of k8s API, which blocks our deployment of sealed-secrets in another internal tool that we use.
