I assume "Counter({'prm_char_calls': 2, 'sel_evtreward': 1, 'sel_la': 1, 'prm_card_calls': 1})" is not supposed to be the correct result, unless it really is supposed to be the output of `Counter.__str__`/`__repr__`.
