Up arrow in edit mode not working

When I use left/right/down to move a selected image map area it works fine. When I press up arrow is scrolls the page up instead of moving the area up.

May be related to using ctrl-+ to zoom in the page first ?

Please send me version of your browser and screenshot of console output (firebug, chrome inspector or ie dev tools) after pressing UP key.
