Open/Close All viewport shutters for Karmony Hab/Sci/Util modules in flight scene

The round viewports on the Habitation, Science and Utilities modules were originally designed to be toggleable individually while in IVA.

As a matter of convenience, it would be nice to right click on one of these modules externally in the flight scene, and open/close all shutters in one go.

@MOARdV was looking into this for Mihara/RasterPropMonitor/issues/169, but we've concluded it would better to put this on the back burner for now.
