I am not the developer but my GUESS is that you are using a Google folder on the desktop ?? which is the one labeled \IITD\ that is common to the files in use and the faulting threads in the dump are executing code from drivefsext.dll. (google file extender).
The violation appears to have occurred inside drivefsext.dll, the immediate failure is thus likely in Google Drive’s extension code.
If you attempt any task that alters such files they will likely become less stable entities and most like become the trigger for fail to read correctly.
Again this is my conjecture as to most likely cause. (Never use any annotation file write tasks on virtual folders)
Coupled with that you are using BuiltOn: 2024-08-23 Type: dll Ver: 3.6.16779 pre-release 64-bit and there were 1 years worth of updates to most recent 3.6.17065 (nearly 300 changes in code a few may have altered handling to help?)
I suggest you consider were you attempting or accidentally initiated a write or sync in a virtual file. Try the latest portable pre-release, but that still could not be expected to draw on files in a flowing quicksand folder.
