Theme swap along with Windows

It's of much more convenience if Sumatra PDF's theme automatically swap to 'light' when Windows is in light mode, and 'dark' when in dark mode, rather than manually select them

hmm there were some discussions about that and a helper command but using a manual / timer light switch

not identical to your suggestion but see https://github.com/sumatrapdfreader/sumatrapdf/issues/4669#issuecomment-3239666392 and somewhere else there are those yours is likely a duplicate but takes time to prove if they are the same
