Problem setting a keyboard shortcut

I tried setting this keyboard shortcut: Cmd = CmdNextTab Key = Alt + ;

or this one: Cmd = CmdNextTab Key = Alt + `

and nothing works. V3.6 Latest version.

additions as that's where they will need to be as per manual but many ALT will trigger the Windows Menu System so use text icon as shown in the manual

This works as Right Arrow is not a menu trigger but ' or ``` cannot.
