No nor can Ghostscript generally via CLI which I suggest is always better as designed for printing which should NEVER EVER be combined with silent as then you fail to see fails.
This is a Windows error as SumatraPDF does NOT CONTROL PRINTING simply ask (handover) for Windows PAI to rasterise the screen outputs via WinPrint. Hence the suggestion to use a PDF 2 Print Application and the ONLY one of value is GhostScript (with commercial support) since they are almost as old as Adobe in PDF PRINT arena.
GhostScript will advise DO NOT use mswinpr2 device driver, as it will be just like SumatraPDF WinPrint methods.
