make double-click select 1,234.56

As a follow-up to #4999 (https://github.com/shaoyuer/sumatrapdf/commit/cdadfde74471e9b06898e5c1e87edd98b4204597) extend SelectWordAt() logic to recognize 1,234.56 and maybe even 1 234.56

This would be a useful feature to have! If possible, allow selecting entire line as well? At the moment, double clicking selects entire word, and entire numbers before/after decimals. Commas has been an issue and I hope this gets implemented!
