Titlebar colors broken on Windows 7 classic theme

Describe the bug Title bar is broken on Win7 classic theme (I have themes service fully disabled)

To Reproduce

  1. Disable themes service
  2. Run the application

Expected behavior It should be same as on version 3.4.6. This is probably related to the Dark theme introduced in 3.5 version. I've seen similar issues before on other software: https://github.com/SubtitleEdit/subtitleedit/issues/4812

How does it look in pre-release?

I don't have win7 for testing

I've included the prerelease 3.6. build 15969 screenshot above as well and there it is as well broken. I don't see never build of prerelease atm, but tested again and still the same.

@trostn that is possibly not "exactly" the same issue since win 10 is slightly different use of themes but it looks similar Version 3.5.2 without home will likely look like that ! as does current pre-release image image

I face the same issue. Sumatra v3.6.16355 (Pre-Release) and Win 10 Pro 1803.

@kjk I see no difference between 7 and 10 using prerelease they both APART from WINDOWS UI CONTROLS look the same

The issue with "classic" is the light is based on grey backdrop rather than white toolbar and thus the page numbers and Find: text are shown in contrast.
