Switch view modes automatically depending on PDF aspect ratio

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have mostly two uses for PDFs:

• Research articles (say in portrait A4 or letter format) that I want to read in "fit window width and continuous reading" mode
• Research talk slides (say in 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio) that obviously need to be looked at in "fit single page" mode.

Switching between these modes all the time is pretty annoying.

Describe the solution you'd like I wish there was a way to configure SumatraPDF so that it automatically switches between these modes based on PDF aspect ratios:

Page taller than wide ⇒ fit window width and continuous reading Page wider than tall ⇒ fit single page

Describe alternatives you've considered I tried the "automatic mode" in the options dialogue, but it does not have the desired effect.
