Window position color regression

Unoccupied tab space of window title bar is now White. If remember correctly, this is a regression:

I believe it is the color of windows theme "Inactive window caption", or something like that, because libre office inactive title bar is drawn in the same white color:

Title bar tabs-free space should be drawn in active color (green in my case) when window is active, and all-white, when window is inactive. I think such behavior was before.
