Annotation FreeText control

I know this is not the way most users would employ free text, but it not uncommon to do something similar when using annotation notes. The problems raised are the minimum size of text can not be set (it is 8 by default) also vertical line spacing is an issue see how I had to intersperse the comments to get single line spacing. image from 1690 Asterix.Magazine.08.French.4pg.Excerpt from flexi-1.pdf

Not sure what is the request here.

Being able to set font to less than 8?

Editing FreeText annotations isn't great but this doesn't look like an actionable request.

Smaller Font size was one request, However the key problem Looks like double line spacing when using end of line rather than wrap around could it be something like \r\n is applied twice ?

And I have a small question that, after edited some annotations by free text, I can't change the icon of it, and it's often too big for me to distinguish the icon and the content; I know it's just a kind of 'feature', but from the angle of users, I still hope that this excellent team can make the icon smaller or freely to change its position. Best wishes.
