Update sass and fix menu wrap

Making various node security updates. Also changing the nav menu css to prevent mid-word breaks when wrapping.

Thanks for working on this. I know it's been a while, but I think there are a lot more node security updates that probably should be a part of this (take a look at the npm audit output).
