Document webspace specific templates with the theme bundle

As described here https://github.com/sulu/sulu-minimal/issues/74. The theme bundle can be used to have webspace specific templates. Best would be create a webspace specific templates cookbook.

Update this is only true for Sulu 1.x in 2.x you configure exclude-templates in the webspace xml.
