Actual Behavior

The list overview doesn't display a 'All' tab when you set display_tab_all to true.

Expected Behavior

The list overview should display a 'All' tab when you set display_tab_all to true. This doesn’t seem to be implemented yet.

Steps to Reproduce

sulu_article:
    display_tab_all: true
