Improve date related facets

We have a group of date related facets:

Registered Date Last Accessioned Last Published Last Ingested Embargo Date Object Last Modified

Some of which support "within last 7 day, within last 30 days, all of which support indicating a range of dates. We need consistency in how these work, should look at a slider approach, etc.
