Add printing support for results, display, report

Printing stuff from Argo, with the exception of "Tracking sheets" as a by-product of registration, has never been addressed, so the output you get when printing results or a detail page is pretty badly formatted and includes a lot of extraneous data from the screen (like buttons, expanded links, etc). We want some simple clean representation of the data portions of the displays. Reports views as well?
