Saved records from Articles not emailing. Catalog list is sent instead

When a user selects to email their Saved records list, the list sent is always the Catalog list. Even when the user selects to email from the Articles+ tab, and even when there are no records from Catalog to email (and only records from Articles+).

The url that displays when I hover over the email link changes when I move between the tabs, but something isn't quite right.

Here are some screenshots to illustrate the issue. My catalog searches were for "cats" and Articles+ searches were for "dogs". I selected email while looking at the 3 records on the Articles+ tab.
