Stacks maps -- no text directions

Some stacks maps (Green reference) don't have text directions available. In that case, display copy that says, "No text directions available for this location."

cc: @saseestone (I believe Sarah was going to investigate why we don't have text directions and if this can be remedied in stacks maps.)

I can add text directions in the StackMap staff ui. I'm also updating all of the text directions. (They are many years old, and don't include changes when Hohbach Hall was constructed.)

Let's remove the tab if there are no text directions returned.
