Suppress values like "aut" and urls appearing in the MARC 100 $4 field
We are displaying values like "aut" or "http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut" when they are included in the MARC 100 $4, but we should be suppressing these values.
(Sarah removed mentions that we do this kind of suppressing in the 7xx fields based on Chris' comment below.)

I don't see anywhere we are suppressing the $4 for 7xx fields so this might need some additional analysis + discussion in GryphonSearch?

Striking this out except for the example record because we are definitely displaying the code and url in the 7XX in SW4.0.
