Exact match in Advanced search

Add exact match feature to Advanced Search.

Design below allows for field-specific settings, and complete-field matches.

Alternative is to add a single "no stemming" checkbox option to the end of the form (like JHU https://catalyst.library.jhu.edu/advanced)
