Remove punctuation stripping from title fields

Metadata staff reported that some punctuation is missing from the display of specific record titles. It appears that we started stripping punctuation when we added the Genre facet https://github.com/sul-dlss-deprecated/solrmarc-sw/pull/154.

Gryphon Search recommends that we remove this punctuation stripping from all title fields.
