This is currently deployed to stage.

[WIP] while we wait for some configuration updates that will work better with persistent connections.

Coverage remained the same at 97.431% when pulling 931138e18e5ba288e95696a55a57dde9f52ba4c3 on add-persistent-http into ff603bd1c10b8a2027e3a12e03cf620f0481790c on master.
