Horoscope plugin

Hello i am interested in implementing a new plugin that connects to the website https://www.horoscope.com/us/index.aspx
This website is a horoscope website and it could be used so that the user can learn information about their horoscope (daily, monthly, weekly or yearly). Are you interested in me implementing it?

General yes, sure! But is there maybe a better alternative to horoscope.com?

My issue is just, has no official API (which makes maintainance hard, if something changes on the website) and scrapping violates TOS (which I want to avoid especially on a commercial website).

I have almost implemented it actually, but i will definitely do a research and try to find a better website and use that one instead of the original one. Let me know if you have any suggestions for the website i should use! Thank you for the advice!

Hey! Since it has almost been a year since the last comment for this plugin request and no PRs have been made for this issue, I am going to try implementing this with an official API as requested by the project owner.
