Instead of having multiple colors, perhaps it'd be easier to have it on multiple layers instead so painting one layer wouldn't affect the other layer. For example when painting skin, breasts and nipples won't be affected and vice versa. The layer below breasts are filled with skin, so when it's erased it will reveal skin.
