Issue for Korean Number plates

I have changed openAlpr.conf file with korean config , country parameter = kr and region is blank, Still I am getting blank response from recognizeWithCountryRegionNConfig methode . Please help

You need to train the model with Korean plates. If you have not done that please do that.
