BUG: Apply Filter section

Even though when I did not applied any filter to search job and directly hit the apply filter button it refreshed the website with a msg no job found acc. to you preference, My solution is when there is no filter applied and user hits the apply filter button it must not lead to anywhere but to the job section only.

I am a MENTOR in GSSOC'24 raising this issue for contributors to contribute.
