💡[FEATURE]: Add the hover effect in the footer sections navbar things

Hey !! I am raising issue for the problem i face in hovering effect in the footer section Home Contact Jobs About section

My Solution : I will add the hovering effect here if someone hover them color changes and underline appears there.

I can start working on it immediately. Can you please assign this issue to me under GSSoC as a contributor?
