PDF export is not understandable with a screenreader

Bug Report

Problematic behavior When I export a document in PDF, it behaves weirdly with my screenreader:

• headings are not vocalized
• some texts are read letters by letters instead of as a sentence
• the Marianne is just vocalized as "image"

Expected behavior/code Some basics should be :

• meaningful images have a textual alternative
• headings are annonced as such

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download PDF file
2. Open it
3. Launch VoiceOver

Environment

• Impress version:
• Platform: Mac OS (and Voice Over as a screenreader)
